right, for any legitimate reason, to object to (Art.38 of the law), to gain
access to (Art. 39 to 43 of the law), and to rectify (Art. 40 of the law) the
data concerning him. Thus, the user may require the rectification, completion,
clarification, updating or deletion of data which concerns him and which is
inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date, or whose gathering, use,
communication or conservation is forbidden.
