General information
The Board of Directors consists of fourteen members, all of them private individuals:
- Nine board members representing the Members and elected by the General Assembly (these board members must include at least two Members of the “Small and Medium-sized Risks” Section),
- Five de jure board members:
– one of them appointed upon proposal by Caisse Centrale de Réassurance,
– and the four others appointed upon proposal by the Association des Professionnels de la Réassurance en France (APREF).
The appointment of each of the de jure board members must be confirmed by a majority vote of the General Assembly.
